My Quarantine No-Makeup Routine 2020

Hi, Beauties!

Welcome back to my blog

I hope you are staying safe in these hard times.

We all been so lazy since quarantine started, as most of us are staying home or working from home because of #coronavirus. Here is my quarantine makeup look especially for you when you are at home. It’s an easy, simple, and natural makeup look which is also best for your office makeup.

So let’s get started

1. Apply toner before any makeup

Toner is an important part of the skincare regime. Remember to choose a toner according to your skin type. Here I am using Ayur Harbel skin toner. Now Wash & pat your skin dry before applying a toner. And apply toner to the entire face using a damp cotton ball or pad using gentle strokes & leave it on the face before moisturization.

2. Apply a Day Scream:

Before you apply any makeup complete your morning beauty routine with a day cream designed for your skin type. Here I am using Nivea Soft Moisturizing cream. It is a highly effective, intensive moisturizing cream. It also Quickly absorbs and refreshes my skin.

3. Apply lip balm:

The primary purpose of lip balm is to provide an occlusive layer on the lip surface to seal moisture in lips and protect them from external exposure. Here I am using vaseline petroleum jelly. Petroleum jelly is a mixture of natural waxes and mineral oils that together lock moisture in the skin, moisturizing it to repair and relieve dryness.

4. Apply regular face primer:

Primer sets up an extra layer between your skin and makeup. Priming products are predominantly used to help makeup last longer, smooth the skin's surface, and even out the skin tone. You can safely use aloe vera gel as a natural makeup primer and also feel happy about it as it's pocket friendly and really effective. Apply it just like your regular makeup primers. Easy steps to apply aloe vera gel as makeup primer is Dab a tiny amount of aloe vera gel and massage it through your skin.

5. Apply Foundation

Since my skin is dry, I decided to use Lakme 9 To 5 CC creams. and Yes! it can be used on a regular basis. I have been using Lakme 9 To 5 CC creams for a few years now. It has worked best for me. Along with foundation it also provides me added sunscreen and moisturizing effect. Gives a Matte finish look. It conceals dark spots and blemishes to give me an even skin tone.

6. Apply setting powder on top of the foundation

After applying Lakme 9 To 5 CC cream I am going to apply setting powder. Setting powder is a powerful type of makeup powder that locks the foundation so that there are no overlaps on the skin. Setting powder allows the foundation (makeup) to last longer and gives you a flawless look. Here I am using Miss Claire Compact Powder. It is Ideal for instant touch-ups. it hides the blemishes, pores, and dark spots on my skin easily. Gives you a matte, oil-free look. Apply it in circular motions to buffer it into the skin for a natural look.

7. Apply Kajal in the eyes

It is completely safe to apply kajal even in the long term. Just make sure the quality you opt for is good. To Sculpt my eyes with giving it a soothing velvet soft texture I am using Lotus Make-Up Ecostay Kajal. This Kajal is waterproof and smudge-proof. It is also suitable for those who wear Contact Lens.

8. Any Mascara

Mascara is used to lengthening, thicken, darken, and intensify your natural eyelashes, drawing more attention to your eyes. Whatever mascara you do use, be sure to use a gentle eye makeup remover at the end of every day and remove all mascara to avoid the risk of eye infections.

9. Highlight your lips with lipstick

Here I am using Wet N Wild Silk Finish Lipstick - Secret Muse. The lipstick formula contains all the same things as the other guys: rich color, vitamins A & E, aloe vera, and really feels like putting silk on my lips.

10. Apply highlighter

Last but not least, Highlighter! Basically, highlighter is face makeup that attracts light, creating the illusion of brightness and height, hence that lit-from-within look. Here I am using PAC baked highlighter. Baked with love, this highlighter gives a multi-dimensional, radiant color that boosts my skin for a bright, healthy-looking finish. It is a long-lasting baked highlighter with shimmer pigments. and most importantly it is available an array of shades that suit all Indian skin tones.

AND YOU’RE DONE!

Let me know what is your 2020 quarantine daily routine?

Till then Stay safe and wash your hands!!!

Much love,
